5 star I am impressed with the service, it makes the whole transaction quite painless. I have purchased for myself in the past and have been impressed so now purchase for the company. It is nice that you take away the old equipment as well. Although the cost for connecting was rather steep so I had one of our staff do it.

A The interior walls of this model are stainless steel. The dish rack etc is not.

Q Do you need to rinse the dishes and pots prior to putting them in this dishwasher to get a completely clean finish?

A All companies who manufacture dishwashers suggest that you give your dishes a rinse before placing them in a dishwasher to remove any caked on materials. If you put anything in a dishwasher that has overly baked on food, or burnt into the pot/pan it will not come off in the dishwasher, you will need to wash them by hand. Manufacturers also suggest using rinse aid when doing a wash to help with breaking down food and grime off the plates.

A There is a quick wash called 'fast wash'. The water temperature will be set at 40 degrees and is suitable for lightly soiled dishes.

"Too good to be true"

The Bosch Dishwasher that I chose is the absolute best dishwasher ever. I researched for months and was almost going to buy the Fisher & Pakyl but I really did want a Bosch but didnt want to pay too much. Reviews were mixed amongst the cheaper Bosch range however every concern that I had was unfounded. If anyone ever tells you a Bosch Dishwasher does not dry the dishes - they have got it all wrong. With regard to service by AOL - I ordered and it was at my doorstep within 48 hours, old model taken away as well as all packaging. It is all too good to be true.....but it is TRUE. I know because I read it was going to be that easy but I never believed that from way over in Perth it could happen like that. Give it a go - that is all I can say. BTW - the Samsung Beer fridge works a treat too and this was only an afterthought.

I don't give accolades unless the service is special. I ordered on Sat at 17:30. Delivery was confirmed 15 minutes later by phone. Appliance arrived on time. It was exactly what I ordered, packed correctly, and $30% cheaper (delivered) than I could get it from a local supplier. I live in a coal mining town 1000kms from Brisbane. Great work "Appliances On Line".

I just wanted to write and let you know how impressed I am with your service.

Within 25 hours of placing my order, my new Bosch dishwasher had been delivered, installed and the old one removed, taken away and there I was...standing in my kitchen admiring the gleam of the new dishwasher filled with anticipation and excitement at loading it up for the first wash!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU - I couldn't be happier. The dishwasher is fantastic. And the fact that the process of purchasing one was made so effortlessly made the experience all the more satisfying.

I really want to make special mention of the helpfulness of Will - the gentleman whom I spoke to when I rang to enquire about dishwashers - he was courteous and honest in both conversations we had -he assisted in my choice - instilled confidence in going with Appliance Online and was never ever pushy. He arranged the whole thing and I'd like to thank him.

I also want to thank the delivery man, Jeremy - he was pleasant and very efficient. Upon installing my dishwasher he noticed I had a bracket missing from a shelf under my kitchen sink and he secured it for me! How kind. And he even cleaned up under the old dishwasher when he removed it - how nice. He did a great job.

Well there you go - 10/10 for service! And your website is good too - very informative.

I have told so many family and friends of your service, so expect future orders!!
