Works well but is not very sturdy everything is plastic and the bottom drawer tends to come off its runners very easily,The overall design is quite poor and does not stack as well as the diagram shows. sally

There is nothing wrong with the dishwasher - it works well, but I'm a little disappointed with the set-up. Despite being a 12 place washer it doesn't seem to fit as much as my old one. In future, I'll check products in the shops first. Linda

Dishwasher is noisier than expected. Baskets are flimsy and wobbly and top basket keeps coming out of railing, does not hold as much as we would have liked, especially if there are any pots or pans. Would not purchase this one again. Steve

Prices are competitive, service was excellent. Communication re: delivery and was accurate and punctual. This is second time we have used Appliances online and will do so again.
We bought the dishwasher at a good price. It was delivered promptly and at the time that had been arranged. The old washer was taken away together with the packaging of the new one. We would certainly recommend Appliancesonline to family and friends. Cornelis

We visited the various appliance stores in our area (lower North Shore in Sydney) on a Sunday doing our own research on which new dishwasher to purchase. We then went home, logged on to your website, selected the product we wanted and provided credit card details for payment. The purchase was processed first thing on the Monday and by Wednesday morning we had our new dishwasher. How's that for efficient service and better still the old broken dishwasher was taken away at No Extra Cost. "Nothing was too difficult for them"
As a first time purchaser were very impressed with the efficiency, product selection, competive prices and hassle free experience. We were too busy to replace the dishwasher in our rental property when the old one failed. Our property manager suggested Appliances Online and after ordering on line one Monday afternoon, by 10am the next the purchase, delivery, installation and disposal of the old dishwasher was all done. I had personal contact via phone as well and they were more than happy to help with my enquiries and nothing was too difficult for them. "Too good to be true"
The Bosch Dishwasher that I chose is the absolute best dishwasher ever. I researched for months and was almost going to buy the Fisher & Pakyl but I really did want a Bosch but didnt want to pay too much. Reviews were mixed amongst the cheaper Bosch range however every concern that I had was unfounded. If anyone ever tells you a Bosch Dishwasher does not dry the dishes - they have got it all wrong. With regard to service by AOL - I ordered and it was at my doorstep within 48 hours, old model taken away as well as all packaging. It is all too good to be true.....but it is TRUE. I know because I read it was going to be that easy but I never believed that from way over in Perth it could happen like that. Give it a go - that is all I can say. BTW - the Samsung Beer fridge works a treat too and this was only an afterthought. Liz
