How to claim the Rebate:
- Purchase a selected Fisher & Paykel Bottom Mount Fridge.
- Complete the online redemption form including your personal and purchase details.
- You will then be prompted to upload a copy of your purchase receipt. Alternatively, a copy of your receipt can be mailed to: Fisher & Paykel, Attn: Refrigeration Rebate Promotion, PO Box 798, Cleveland, QLD 4163
- Allow up to 45 Days for the delivery of your Rebate Cheque to your nominated address.

Alternatively, Photocopy and mark with your full name, contact number, serial number and unique code (provided in your confirmation of entry email) and post to: Fisher & Paykel Attn: Refrigeration Rebate Promotion PO Box 798 Cleveland, QLD 4163.
Final online redemption forms must be completed by close of business 07.12.15. No redemptions will be accepted for purchases made after 07.12.15.
