Appliances Online is Australia's leading online retailer of appliances and white goods. We are a family owned and operated business with our office located on New South Head Road, Edgecliff, nearby to the Sydney CBD.

CEO John Winning began Appliances Online in 2004 with a laptop, a rented truck and a 1300 number diverted to his mobile phone. We remain a youthful, growing company with a focus on old-fashioned customer service. Appliances Online operate warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. From these locations we provide a metropolitan next day delivery service and send our goods nationwide.

Below is our list of currently available positions:

Administration Assistant

The role includes:

- Processing of orders

- Answering customer emails and phone calls

- Maintaining client information

- Updating customer records

- Liaising with suppliers, our warehouses and customers on the progress of their order

You will have:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Sound computer experience

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and internet search

- The ability to learn computer applications quickly

- Strong self motivation and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

- A team-player work ethic and a willingness to contribute in varied ways to the smooth running of the office

Our office is located in Edgecliff close-by to public transport. The role is essentially Monday to Friday though you may be required to work the occasional Saturday or Sunday.
