Excellent Product - no fan yet heat evenly distributes heat around the room. It also does not get too hot to touch, and has thermostat, timer, is wall mountable or on castors. The heat produced feels nicer than central heating or our split system HVAC. Last power electricity bill was good and this is much cheaper to use in rooms as you want them heated than running the central heater.

I was dismayed to discover the heater was delivered as promised minus its castors. (very annoying as I wasn't told this at the time of order and it then meant I waited another week for the castors to arrive by Australia Post at the coldest time of the year). When they finally arrived I couldn't get them to fit nor attach to the heater itself and the instructions are not clear. I gave up in frustration and sent the whole thing back. To be fair, this is the only failure I've had with Appliances Online and I'll continue to use them, but be careful to ensure that all the bits you order arrive at the same time and any assembly is minimal.

Just started using my dimplex panel heater and it warms the room beautifully and efficiently. Of course it is a silent clean heat and we mounted it on the wall. Wish I'd got one sooner.
