Customer Care Plan Customer Care Plan

Standard warranty
All our products come with a full manufacturer's warranty. Note that you'll need the tax invoice from your purchase to make a claim. If you lose your original tax invoice please let us know and we'll re-issue it. Note that most small appliances have no "in-house service". If your appliance requires servicing you will be required to take it to your nearest approved service agent. These agents can be located by contacting your manufacturer directly.

Commercial Customer Care Plan
If you're buying something that will be used in a commercial environment, the manufacturer's warranty covers a maximum of the first 3 months only.

Extended Customer Care Plan and Business Customer Care Plan
Appliances Online offers an extended Customer Care Plan that covers parts and labour required for repair of goods that suffer mechanical or electrical failure within Australia, for a period of up to 3 years outside the term of the standard manufacturer's warranty. (Subject to some brief terms and conditions ).

The extended Customer Care Plan is offered by Wesfarmers General Insurance Limited trading as Lumley Insurance ABN 24 000 036 279.

If your goods are deemed faulty following confirmation by the manufacturer you may replace them free of charge by calling 1300 000 500.

If you notice any damage to your goods please notify our delivery team at the time of delivery. We recommend you thoroughly inspect your goods at this time. If you notice any damage to your goods within 24 hours of receiving delivery please notify Appliances Online immediately. Evidence of damage will be required i.e. photographs.

If for any other reason you need to return an item please call the Appliances Online customer help line on 1300 000 500 within 5 business days of receiving delivery.

If your goods remain boxed and unopen you may return them within 30 days for a full refund. A collection fee of $50 or the amount of your delivery fee if it was greater than $50 will apply.

If your goods have been unboxed but otherwise are as new (have not been used or connected) a 20% restocking fee (20% of your purchase price) will apply. Appliances Online does not deal with factory seconds, damaged or open goods and charges restocking fees to cover return costs. A collection fee of $50 or the amount of your delivery fee if it was greater than $50 will apply.

Please note, if you have requested connection of your goods Appliances Online will unbox the product for you at the time of delivery. Also, we recommend you inspect your new goods thoroughly at the time of delivery.

We will organise for your return goods to be collected. Goods are usually collected within 3 days.

You as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made.

All refunds will be issued when goods have arrived back to an Appliances Online warehouse and have been inspected by a member of our team. Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase.

We are unable to accept return of any goods that you have attempted to install or have used.

Love, love, love it. I have since bought a heap more coffee in a variety of flavours. I have a different one every day, depending on how I'm feeling... I love it. Its the best coffee machine out. I want one for my home now as this one was for the office.

So happy with my new coffee machine. I tried a cheap $99 version from another place first and it kept breaking down. I guess you really do get what you pay for and the quality of this machine is far superior and makes yummy coffee so easy and fast.

We went from a huge noisy coffee machine to this brilliant little simple Nespresso. Makes beautiful coffee and the milk aerator is so quiet you don't even know it's on - and it makes the best froth! Love this machine.

For every further appliance I need to purchase, my first point of call will always be Appliances online!! I came across an advert. for them online when I was looking for a Nespresso Machine for my parents as a Xmas gift. I made a quick call, and unfortunately cannot recall the name of the man I spoke with (possibly Gary). He was extremely professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions before I even asked them, and then when I advised I wanted to go ahead with the purchase..he said that I would have the item the next day, and that COD would be fine! I was blown away.....but probably more speechless when my item 'did' in fact arrive the next morning! Who could ask for more!! Appliances Online take all the hassle out of shopping!! I saved a subtantial amount of money, got the item I wanted, with the same warranty/guarantee as I would from a department store, without having to leave home!!! I will be back again and again. I rang a lot of Harvey Norman stores, looking for the coffee machine I was after but they were all out of stock. I went online to the Nespresso web site and the Appliances online site popped up. I had a quick look to see what they could offer and not only did they have the machine I wanted, it was at a better price that I had been quoted. They also said they will deliver it the next day free of charge! My washing machine is on its way out and I already know where I'm going to buy a new one.... 'Appliances Online"....... Thank you.

The transaction was very easy. Prices were very competitive and is all instances cheaper than from retail shops. The products were delivered as promised, a phone call was received letting me know what time (within the 2 hours not a full day like other delivery people). The delivery man helped install the washing machine and then took away the old one! Too easy....

I am very impressed with Appliances online. The website was easy to use, and it was easy to place my order. After completing the order I realised I had selected an incorrect delivery date, so submitted a change using the online form. I received a confirmation of the change, and my order was delivered on the selected day. I am very happy.

Q Does this come with the aerrocino plus to heat the milk and how does that work?

A Yes the Aeroccino Plus (the milk froth machine) comes standard with that machine. It requires a seperate plug in as it heats and froths up the milk independently. There are 3 different attachments for varying types of milk froth.

A The temperature is not adjustable; the coffee should reach 82 degrees; the milk should reach between 62 and 65 degrees.
