Once again your delivery men (both names started with R but unfortunately can only remember Rick) were so friendly and thoughtful, they oozed customer service skills. It wasn't that easy getting my new fridge/freezer in but they managed, taking complete care of they way they moved through my house. Also Shae a thankyou to you. You had the hard task of telling us our original selection wasn't available for a month or so and being so helpful with finding us a solution. Andrew, you have done it again!!! worked your magic. Delivery is usually next day but due to the Christmas rush I was prepared to wait the couple of extra days you said it would take. Really couldn't expect any more
Purchasing from Appliances Online saved us $400 compared to the prices we were being quoted by two of the large Australian retailers. Not paying for delivery was the icing on the cake. The transaction was smooth and seamless and it was great to be able to choose the delivery date that suited our schedule. We also chose the installation option which definitely saved time and double handling - upon delivery, the old cooktop was removed, the new cooktop installed and the old one taken away for disposal.
