I love the way my grill cooks and use it almost every day, but hate the drip pan! I always end up having to clean up my counter under the back of the grill if I'm cooking anything with grease, etc. The opening at the back is so small that food, grease, etc don't go into the pan, but fall on counter. Also, it would have made much more sense to place the cord on the side. Somehow, grease gets all over my cord. As much as I love cooking on it, I highly recommend some changes in the design.

I have owned a Breville grill for several years now. I use it almost daily. I am extremely happy with it. I have seen the complaints about things sticking and the grills wearing, but people are obviously doing something wrong. I seasoned my grill plates with olive oil and heat them for 5 minutes. Nothing has ever stuck. I only use silicone utensils so never a scratch. As for cleaning it is only ever dry wiped with a paper towel. You just need common sense and this grill will last you years. I love it and have never had an issue with it. It works fantastic for all my grilling needs. I highly recommend this grill to everyone. You will almost stop using you stove top.

Beville makes such high quality products, you can't go wrong. I purchased tis grill 13 years ago when i lived in the city and was unable to grill outdoors. I've used it from everything from pancakes to paninis, steaks to grilled cheeses. Easy to clean with the removable plates and stores away vertically or horizontally. Coming back because i wanted to see if I could buy additional plates, it came with one grill and one flat plate. Thrilled with this product, not surprised its still available for sale after all these years!
