Fault in wiring
We bought this in December 2017. Around August 2018 it started to short out our power every time we turned it on (our house doesn't have problems with any other appliances). I procrastinated, but contacted Appliances Online a few months ago about this problem and haven't received any response. Extremely disappointed in both the Breville Coffee Maker and the after sales service. Other than that, it worked great up until the electricity problem began.

Hot coffee
Bought this coffee maker few weeks ago. Happy with it, makes good hot coffee. Only problem I have is that the little red ball marker gets stuck most times. Which is a little bit annoying.

I wanted to pass on my feedback for your website. I ordered a coffee machine over the weekend and scheduled delivery for the Tuesday. The delivery driver rang me as the website said I would be. They turned up, having had a small problem with their GPS that it seems everyone has with the location I live in. The assistant and the driver were very courteous, very pleasant and easy to deal with. Applicances Online is the number 1 place I will shop in the future.
