The citrus press pro makes juicing fruit a really easy and straightforward job. It takes no effort at all to gently hold the handle down while the juice flows out. All sizes of citrus fruit can be juiced, from large oranges to small limes. No need to change the juicing cone, unlike some other makes. Plus, it's excellent at retaining the pips and pulp. The reason for the four stars and not five is because, despite being called a 'pro' machine, it's no good for juicing large batches. It cuts out, without any warning, after eight to ten oranges have been juiced. You then have to wait up to twenty minutes, with a load of cut fruit in front of you, until it's willing to start up again. I've now learned to squeeze just half a litre of juice at a time, then do something else for a while before doing another half litre. Overall, though, I'm really glad I bought it. Lovely machine, and easy to use.

I bought about a month ago & do luv it. Used it a few times. Savior to my hands(did lemons previously by arthritic hands,no press). Nice that most of the parts are metal. Inside of fruit holder cone is plastic. I luv the look of it.The only thing questionable is the fruit holder cone attachment. Was very hard to get out and put back in. Botton says EJECT, It doesn't eject out, I had to push top button, the side of button closest to end of handle and use the other hand to pull down on cone, side of cone closest to end of handle & it finally clicked and fell out. Then when I put it back in...had to wiggle and jiggle and push a few times...it kept falling out...and finally stayed in place. I'll be cleaning that part without removing it very often.

I bought this to replace an identical model I had owned and happily used for 10 years and whose spring could no be re-supplied. The new model is of much lower quality construction than the original. The motor has a grinding sound, the Fruit Dome will not stay in place and the Juice Spout in fitted crookedly to the juice collector. I have tried to contact Sage about the juice spout , with photos, but gave up and have started using parts from my old press where I can. They need to review their quality control.
