Return policy
If your goods are deemed faulty following confirmation by the manufacturer you may replace them free of charge by calling 1300 000 500.
If you notice any damage to your goods please notify our delivery team at the time of delivery. We recommend you thoroughly inspect your goods at this time. If you notice any damage to your goods within 24 hours of receiving delivery please notify Appliances Online immediately. Evidence of damage will be required i.e. photographs.
If for any other reason you need to return an item please call the Appliances Online customer help line on 1300 000 500 within 5 business days of receiving delivery.
If your goods remain boxed and unopen you may return them within 30 days for a full refund. A collection fee of $50 or the amount of your delivery fee if it was greater than $50 will apply.
If your goods have been unboxed but otherwise are as new (have not been used or connected) a 20% restocking fee (20% of your purchase price) will apply. Appliances Online does not deal with factory seconds, damaged or open goods and charges restocking fees to cover return costs. A collection fee of $50 or the amount of your delivery fee if it was greater than $50 will apply.
Please note, if you have requested connection of your goods Appliances Online will unbox the product for you at the time of delivery. Also, we recommend you inspect your new goods thoroughly at the time of delivery.
We will organise for your return goods to be collected. Goods are usually collected within 3 days.
You as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made.
All refunds will be issued when goods have arrived back to an Appliances Online warehouse and have been inspected by a member of our team. Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase.
We are unable to accept return of any goods that you have attempted to install or have used.

Great dishwasher but as other reviews mention, it doesn't always completely dry the dishes. I turn ours on just before going to bed at night but often the dishes are still a bit wet when emptying it out in the morning..The Bosch replaced an old Dishlex and the Dishlex definitely dried things better..nonetheless the Bosh is excellent quality and value for money. I'm pretty sure it'll use far less water than the old Dishlex and it's definitely way quieter. We often can't even tell the Bosch is actually on where we needed earplugs for the Dishlex... Paul

Fantastic machine, so quiet and washes really well. I have only used it on the variable speed mode to save time and power and I rinse the dishes beforehand, but they are always sparkling clean.
With rinse aid it dries really well (except for the usual suspects like plastic containers and non-stick pans).

Normal cycle is over 2 hours which I think is a little bit long, but I guess there's always the option of rinsing dishes first and then using the Quick Cycle, which is only 45 minutes. Main criticism would be that it doesn't dry dishes all that well - I usually have to dry many items with a tea-towel when unloading. Felicity

A For the best wash results cold water is used to pre wash your plates, this stops food from sticking to your plates. Hot water in some cases will bake food to your plates. Some hot water systems "Solar" etc exceed the manufactures working temperatures, when this happens this will effect some of the working parts and reduce their life span.
Also with some dishwashers with gentle wash programs such as 37 deg etc hard to wash at this temp when connected to hot water at 65 plus deg.
Dishwashers today are very good with saving money on your energy costs.
A Unfortunatley there is no mobile kit available.
You will be able to connect this to a kitchen tap, there is a standard connection available from most hardware or plumbing stores to attach to your tap.
You can also purchase ones that allows you to switch the water to the tap or the dishwasher and prevent the need to remove it from the tap every time you just want to use the tap over the sink.
