It was great, just after we received the dishwasher we wished we went to look at the shop first to "touch"it and than make our decision...maybe it is old way of thinking...we were saying our first dishwasher was sliding much easier, etc...but we got use to it....but for the future we said to ourselves we will go first to look into the shop and then buy of you.... The service as such was great!!! thank you.

It was my first time buying a brand new fridge and it has to be one of the easiest things I have ever done. I purchased the 394L Samsung SR394NW on a Thursday and chose to have it delivered the next day and to my surprised it was actually delivered to my front door on Friday! I live on the 2nd floor without an elevator so the friendly delivery men brought it up 3 flights of stairs, removed the cardboard box from the fridge and placed it in my kitchen exactly where I wanted it! I will definitely purchase white goods again from applianceonline and not to mention their prices are competitive with the same type of warranty that retail offers. I would like to pass on my appreciation for the great service I had from Appliances Online during my recent purchase.
We found your site from a link in www.doorone.com.au while deciding which dryer to buy.
We ordered the dryer on the Sunday and nominated Monday as the delivery day, with Tuesday as the alternative. We didn't really expect delivery on Monday, but received a very apologetic phone call to say it couldn't be delivered until Tuesday. It arrived safely on Tuesday, the delivery persons followed our instructions exactly.
