I recently purchased the Whirlpool 7.5kg front loader washing machine (WFS1071AW/W) from RetraVision in Norwood South Australia (Invoice No: 2215658) on the 8 March 2008. I would like to arrange receipt of the year’s supply of Radiant washing powder. Your website is sending error messages that your Server is experiencing problems so I am unable to follow the link provided on this webpage. I completed a form back on around the 15th March after purchasing a front load washing machine at the Goodguys Joondalup. It has been over a month and I was wondering when I will receive the supply of washing powder.

You would need to follow up that with the manufacturer. While we sell the units it is Whirlpool who runs the promotion. You can call Whirlpool on 1300 368 899. Otherwise I would give The Good Guys store a call and see if they may chase it up for you with Whirlpool sales or the Whirlpool rep.

HI, like other people, its been a month already that I sent the form for the washing powder and still I havent heard from anyone yet. Could someone let me know how long does it approximately take it to be delivered?
