I am more than impressed
This morning, my new washing machine was to be delivered to our address in Caringbah between 9.30-11.30am. I have 2 young boys and was dreading the delivery because I thought there would be water and mess everywhere and so on... I went out this morning early and got back at about 9.40 to the guys already here (sorry about that!) They didn't mind that I was late and that the old machine wasn't disconnected (another apology...) It took them 10 minutes to take the old one out, set the new one up and be friendly to not only me but my boys. For the lack of hassle in not only purchasing the new machine but also the delivery, I am more than impressed! I will be recommending your business to as many people as I can.
Having worked in customer service from the basic level up to management for most of my working life, I know customers aren't always the easiest and they rarely say thankyou or mention good service so I'd like to take this opportunity to do just that. I paid in cash after installation
Hi, I recently ordered the Simpson 7.5kg top load wash machine online. The info request was easy to follow & the phone service really helpful. 2 days later my order arrived!! After a confirmation call in the morning, the delivery guys were very efficient & friendly. I paid in cash after installation & they took my old dying washer away (& all of the packaging rubbish too). I love my beautiful new washer & will definitely be using this service again. Maybe a new fridge...........or chest freezer..........

Congratulate you on your two delivery/install staff
We had our new fridge installed on Tue
so thanks for helping to track down the new model. It's a hit in the house,
and the ice and water dispenser seems to making the kids who don't drink
enough water through the day, reverse that trend.
I also wanted to congratulate you on
your two delivery/install staff, Steve and Matt? (sorry Matt?).
These guys worked really well as a team
and looked out for each other during the transfer and install. Steve in
particular mentioned at least twice what a great company it was to work for and how well the staff were treated, and also explained
a little about the company history. They are a genuine credit to your business
and for an 'on-line' business really the only faces the customer will see,
so again, these guys should be considered true assets. These guys seem
to be the humble type, so I'm sure they will be embarrassed about
my praise,, but please ensure their manager sees this.
