Standard warranty
All our products come with full manufacturer's warranty. Note that you'll need the
tax invoice from your purchase to make a claim. If you lose your original tax invoice,
please let us know, and we'll re-issue it.
Commercial warranty
If you're buying something that will be used in a commercial environment, the manufacturer's
warranty covers a maximum of the first 3 months only. Note that all Westinghouse,
Kelvinator, Chef, Simpson, Electrolux and Dishlex dishwashers come with no commercial
warranty.
Extended warranty and business warranty
Appliances Online offers an extended warranty that covers parts and labour required
for repair of goods that suffer mechanical or electrical failure within Australia,
for a period of up to 3 years outside the term of the standard manufacturer's warranty.
(Subject to some
brief terms and conditions).
The extended warranty is offered by Wesfarmers General Insurance Limited trading
as Lumley Insurance ABN 24 000 036 279.
Payment
You can pay using...
You can pay with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. By arrangement, you
can also use bank transfer (EFT) or Diners Club card (call 1300 000 500 to arrange
these options). Alternatively, you can pay on delivery (COD) with cash, cheque (bank
and personal cheques with matching ID) or credit card.
No transaction fees
Importantly, no matter which payment method you use, you won't pay any transaction
fees. We absorb them all.
Return policy
Damaged goods
If the goods you bought arrive damaged in any way, you can return them free of charge.
(If the damage can't be seen, you need to obtain confirmation of the damage from
the manufacturer before returning the goods to us.) Please call 1300 000 500 to
arrange return. Once you have returned the goods, you can choose to have us replace
them or refund you the purchase price plus return delivery fees.
Undamaged goods
If you do decide to return something that is not damaged, you can do so within 7
days of receiving it if it has not been unboxed. Note that an $80 collection fee
will apply. Please call 1300 000 500 for more details.
If the goods are to be returned within 3 days of receiving them, and they have been
unboxed at any point, a 20% re stocking fee will apply, as we can no longer sell
this product through Appliances Online (it is no longer new).

My first dealing with Appliances Online. I thought the prices were very competitive and the service good. The appliances were delivered at the stated time. When the washing machine was unpacked,it had suffered some damage. The delivery driver took it away and the office staff organised for a replacement the next working day,keeping me advised throughout the process. David

A All bench mounted taps connect to the bench by tightening the locking mechanism underneath the bench top. You will be able to use this on any style of bench top as long as you can drill a hole through the surface for the tap to go through and if your bench top is not too thick. All taps will be able to work with a bench top 50mm thick or smaller. If you were planning on something larger it would be best to confirm with Abey about the maximum thickness the tap can work with.

Hello, I just wanted to say thanks for the great service I received from your company. I ordered my dryer on Sunday (I was enticed by the free delivery) It arrived on the day I had chosen. I was actually going to call on the Tuesday morning just to confirm it would actually be delivered (as I have had problems in the past from other companies)but before I could even do that I got a call before 9am to say it would be delivered in 15 mins. On delivery the men were very nice to my daughter and did not seem to complain that it was 2 flights of stairs which makes a change. The order was delivery exactly in date and time and was exactly the kind of gift my daughter would have expected.
I wanted to thank you so much for having delivered in date and time. It's the first time where a site is asking me to choose a date within a couple of available delivery dates. And the first time the date is respected so exactly.
The 22th at ten o'clock I got a mail from my daughter telling me that the gift where received and received in super good condition !
Here in France I have to order two weeks before just to expect me to get it for Christmas and then to pray every day not to get it in January !!! And no one will ask me on which date I would prefer to be delivered.
Helas you know France is within the so called old continent !!!!!

Wow. Great service, next day delivery for free, cheapest price by a mile…what is there not to love. Great option for young woman in flat on her own. She could pay COD to very helpful and courteous delivery staff, without doing a complex sales negotiation on her own.
