Love it!! Very quiet, and no movement at all (my LG used to chase me and everyone else around the laundry!). Awesome features, able to fluff up towels, and refresh clothes without putting on a full wash. You can fit alot in this machine and the quick wash works really well (29 mins); the length of normal washing is not annoying either. Kristen

So far I believe I have made a good choice with this brand and model - unlike many washing machines I have control over it or I can leave it on automatic. It does a good job and especially the quick 29 minute wash. Although I am in my 70's I have a busy schedule and every minute counts. The time delay feature is good especially when time of day charging for electricity comes in. Fred

Washer is so quiet that if I didnt hear the clothes moving in the water I wouldnt even know it was on. Very easy to use and am now saving a huge amount on laundry powder compared to my old top loader, with great results. Andrea

I loved the convenience of shopping on line for appliances. I can't wait for the warehouse to open in WA as it will be quicker and free for delivery! Staff were very helpful and rang when my freezer was not able to be delivered with my washing machine, they were very helpful, polite and a pleasure to deal with. Very efficient and professional approach - the on-line process was straight forward but I was particularly impressed with the ability to nominate a delivery day and a reasonable time of delivery within a block of hours. A This model does have a spin only function. Here is the user manual from Samsungs website, page 22 shows the front display as well as listing the features.
Q I'd like to order this item, however I ave a question about your extended warranty. The Samsung website quotes a 2+8 year warranty, i.e. 2yrs standard + 8yrs motor. I note that your 'Extended Warranty Plan' period of cover "will commence at the expiration of the Manufacturers Warranty for your goods", & that "the maximum period of cover is five (5) years from the Original Date of Purchase of Your Goods". So does your extended warranty cover both periods,i.e. standard & motor, of the Samsung warranty, effectively making it a 5+11 year warranty?

A The extended warranty covers all items not under cover by the manufacturer after the full warranty period ends. In this particular case the extended warranty will begin after 2 years as this is when the full manufactures warranty ends, any motor issues will be covered by Samsung for up to 8 years. If you purchase the extended warranty you will have 5 years cover on all parts (2+3) and 8 years cover on the motor.

"The whole process was exceptional"
I have recently purchased a fridge and a washing machine through Appliances Online. I have found the service to be exceptional. From
the low price of the units and free delivery and removal, to the
delivery guys who were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They removed
the old units, were careful not to damage my walls, took away all the
rubbish, swept the floor, installed the new units (even placing my dryer
back on top of the new washing machine), and even waited for 15mins
while I waited for my house key to turn up (long story that you don’t
want to hear about). The whole process was exceptional. Unfortunately I can’t remember the names of the
delivery guys, but I’m sure you will be able to look them up through my
delivery address, to commend them personally. I will definitely use you again in the future and I go out of my way to recommend you to my friends.
