This machine washes well, although it appears the powder doesn't dissolve well in the high efficiency mode (which uses roughly the same amount of water as a front loader). This is a problem when washing darks, as the powder leaves a residue on clothing. We are still experimenting with different wash cycles to see if we can overcome the problem without resorting to the conventional wash, which uses double the amount of water. Otherwise the machine is quiet and washes well. The flexibility in settings is excellent, and it's fairly easy to change the settings when required. BelindaFrankston South, VIC
I do not like this machine. I have had clothes caught in the bottom of the bowl under a seam and the display panel is not user friendly. I can't use the water efficient cycle as the dark clothes come out covered with lint JeanetteQuakers Hill, NSW

The ordering and payment process was great. Easy and simple. Delivery took a few days rather than the next day, as we thought would be the case. The delivery men were courteous, although I found them difficult to understand as their English was limited. When I ordered our washing machine I didn't check to see if the hose that drains the machine was long enough for our laundry, so the men were unable to install the machine. I accept this was my fault, but the men were unable to suggest where I could purchase a hose that would fit our laundry set-up. This would have been helpful. BelindaFrankston South, VIC
