Can I just say, having decided to take a risk and buy this fridge before I could find any reviews online about it.... I LOVE THIS FRIDGE!!! It has only been 2 weeks but so far works like a treat! Love the light in the freezer and the ice cube maker - didn't want to go for fridges with automatic ice makers that need extra plumbing, as didn't want anything going wrong with the system. I am also amazed at how incredibly quiet this fridge is! You barely notice it there! Plus the finish is very nice - can be subjected to fingermarks but is not too problematic. And the space of a french door refrigerator is just incredible - I will never go back to a normal fridge after this! I highly recommend this fridge - just make sure your house door will accommodate it as we just managed to get it through the sliding door at the back, which is larger than a normal size front door... And one other thing - the power plug is not flat, so factor this in when considering space, as it is a very large fridge! Kim

Excellent website - allows consumers new appliances at good bargain prices. My only complaint is that I was informed by staff the delivery people would be calling 1hr prior to delivery to ensure someone would be home. I happened to turn my mobile on at 7.45am and within seconds it rang, saying they were already onsite and had been trying to call me from 7.30am, however I was not told of this time, esp it being so early in the morning! So better organisation and information relayed to customers would've made this a better experience. The delivery drivers however seemed a bit average in their manner - neither grumpy nor too friendly - gave the impression of just doing their job which is fine as we don't expect much, just to be better informed so as to be better prepared is all. My first experience with buying a major item online. Had a look and priced them at major retailers. then bought a refrigerator and had it delivered to outback South Australia. Applicances Online contacted me concerned about aspects of the delivery to the area. The fridge was delivered ontime and undamaged. While things can change, item to item, I can honestly say I would purchase again from Appliance Online without hesitation. There prices are also a bonus, even with delivery, they are cheaper than what the major retailers can offer off the floor. Robert
