Love the concept. Love the fact they kept me informed of delivery every step of the way and that they arrived when they said they would. Very friendly phone staff and delivery personnel. I had a bit of difficulty returning a clearly inferior product - they were reluctant to exchange it and they wanted to charge outrageous "re-stocking" fees but after a bit of conversation I ended up purchasing a better product. I am 110% happy with their response, I will use them again (pity they don't sell televisions) and I am very happy to recommend them to others. George

Delivery was very professional and much higher quality than other delivery services. Purchasing was easy. Choosing a delivery date which fit my schedule was a huge factor in using your service. I would highly recommend AO to other friends. You should do some promotion with the expat community (people who have recently relocated to Sydney). In the US and Canada, appliances such as refrigerators and washers are included with rental units. It is rather daunting here to figure out how to find a fridge and get it quickly. Your service works perfectly and takes the stress out of the whole process. Kim
