A great little machine at an excellent price.
Don't be offput by the instruction manual, which is
written by aliens - just use common sense. I love the
optional pre-soak setting, which is just good, old-fashioned
washing know-how and increases cleaning efficiency as well.
The machine plays a little tune when the cycle is complete -
kitschy and cute, too! PS. It also washes your

Compact and does a great job of washing. Because there's no agitator there hasn't been any damage to any of my garments, I just chuck everything in together and it all comes out fine. LOVE the 'fuzzy' button, just open the machine, add clothes, close the lid, push power and start and it does it's own thing :) The machine is noisy, but I knew about that from previous reviews. The melody when it finishes is cute if it comes on during the day, but really annoying if you put the washing on before bedtime. Awesome machine for the price. Sarah

After my last 5kg Samsung top loader with a split lid decided that 20-odd years was long enough to keep working [sigh... they just don't make products like they used to ;-) ] I opted for the Samsung again because of the overall reviews, a thorough read of the owners manual (it has more options than the other recommended model, and notable is the levels of water level adjustment), and also the split lid. We live in a tiny apartment and our laundry is a cupboard, so little things like that make all the difference, and I love being able to access all the controls with the lid open. So far haven't used all the cycles but the 'fuzzy' wash has been great for everything so far. The cycle is longer than our old one and I think it's a bit higher pitched through some bits noise-wise, but comparable with what my old one did. I wonder if anyone's figured out what the kitschy tune is at the end yet... Lorna

able to arange a delivery only 3 days after my order and
this was just after christmas. I ordered a
washing machiene, The two men carried it all the way to my
laundry and installed the correct hoses and were

I approached this process with a bit of
trepidation as I was buying a replacement washer for my

This morning, my new washing machine was to be delivered to our address in Caringbah between 9.30-11.30am. I have 2 young boys and was dreading the delivery because I thought there would be water and mess everywhere and so on... I went out this morning early and got back at about 9.40 to the guys already here (sorry about that!) They didn't mind that I was late and that the old machine wasn't disconnected (another apology...) It took them 10 minutes to take the old one out, set the new one up and be friendly to not only me but my boys. For the lack of hassle in not only purchasing the new machine but also the delivery, I am more than impressed! I will be recommending your business to as many people as I can.
