We bought this washing machine because it was the top rated top loader in its size range by Choice Magazine. It's a good machine, cleans well, doesn't use a lot of powder and the wash cycle is quick. Very happy with our purchase. Linda

I would love to say Excellent, BUT, as the machine was not fitted with the adjustable feet (as per the manual & as per my previous model) I can only select GOOD. Please advise why a product that relies on balance for efficiency & longevity has come without adjustable feet? Kind regards. Lisa

The service was excellent. The item arrived 2 days after the order (as requested).
We were contacted early in the morning with an approximate time of delivery.
This was a 2 hour time frame and the delivery arrived 20 minutes before the 2 hours was up. The washer was connected and our old machine taken away. App.online was found by a search on the net. It not only was the best price but it also had free delivery, set up and takeaway which no other company offered. Nance

Friendly, courteous staff. The guy I dealt with (cannot remember his name) was extremely helpful. The drivers who delivered the goods, rang my mother 30 mins before delivery and even helped to get the old washing machine out of the garage - two very nice young men. David
