Hi Guys, Just wanted to say thanks. We ordered the stove on Tuesday afternoon, I didn't think you'd be able to deliver here to Nintingbool by Friday (today) and told the missus not to get her hopes up! But here it is! And also... it was $200 cheaper than our local shop wanted to charge me. Thanks again

Not often I make the effort to send some praise out, but full marks to Colin in customer service. Our new LG front loader arrived was installed and promptly decided to overfill and drop its load and flood our laundry and adjoing room. Phoned through our issue (incidently we are still waiting for LG to get back to us)and Colin fixed the problem and arranged a replacement to unit to be delivered - full marks to everyone including the drivers - prompt efficient and very courteous - keep up the good service - I will certainly sing your praises and you have my future business!!!!
