Same problem here, water was leaking into the vege bin and subsequent the fridge part ices up and starts with very noisy sound, then it stops cooling, searched review online and found all the same problem. Worse quality product!

we bought this fridge 3 years ago, all i can say is im glad we bought the extended warranty with it because it has died on us every year that we have had it, we are again in the process of getting it fixed, the first time it was leaking into the vege bin and subsequent times the fridge part ices up and stops the fan, then it stops cooling, shocking design, made to look pretty but with inferior parts. would not recommend for anyone to buy this fridge

The fridge makes terrible noise, which it turns out is due to ice building up behind the panel at the back of the fridge and the fan blades then hitting the ice. It gets progressively louder. We have to regularly turn off the fridge, allow the ice to melt, then clear out all the water that’s looked at the bottom, then turn it on again. This cycle is repeated every couple months. Apparently this is a known design flaw and super annoying. You would think a company like Samsung would know better.
