I called David to go through some questions around various brands/models I was considering. He was also able to see if there was any possibility that the fridge could be delivered today and lucky me, the fridge was delivered by 1.30pm. The two men who delivered the fridge were also fantastic.

"The entire process was painless"

To Appliances Online. I would like to thank you for the excellent service you recently provided with my recent purchase of a refrigerator. If only all places provided the level of customer service you provide, things would be much easier for we consumers. I am pleased to say that the process outlined on your website occurred as claimed - the product was delivered the next business day after it was ordered, I was called before 10am on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery time window, and it was delivered within that window. There was a small glitch with the online ordering process in that I didn't receive a confirmation page after submitting payment, but a call to the Support phone number confirmed the order had been placed and the payment had been received. The only thing that didn't happen as specified on the website was a phone call an hour before the delivery. When I asked the delivery personnel about this they explained it was they are so busy that it is difficult to g
